Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. [GST statement, for example: all prices include GST.] Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We try to keep prices and stock correct, but if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before the order goes ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is unavailable or the price was listed in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.
Product photos may differ slightly from the item you receive. For prebuilt and custom PCs, if a listed part is out of stock when you order, a part of similar or better specification may be fitted instead.
Payment

Custom builds and services
Custom PCs are assembled from the parts in your order. Build times depend on the build service you choose: up to 20 business days for the standard service, 12 for express category 1 and 6 for express category 2. Delivery
Orders are sent with Australia Post from Croydon, Victoria, and are not available for pickup. Shipping costs and times are explained on the shipping page. The risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Discount codes
The first-order code from our email sign-up gives 10% off your first order only. It cannot be combined with other codes and does not apply to extended warranties or build service fees. Codes have no cash value.
Returns, refunds and warranty
See returns and refunds and warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data or lost profits, arising from the use of products bought from us. Please back up your data before sending any device for repair. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
